I just got back into Runescape a few days back once I switched to GW2 and Tera after not having played since around 2012. I never anticipated RS to scratch my MMO itch but after shopping around through BnS, BDO, and ESO, one of my buddies recommended OSRS to me personally. I put in it, and I am having a fun time so far! However, I was curious, since everybody craps on RS3 the time it appears. I put in it, and it's blowing me away so much better. I pumped!

It is still worth getting used to Runescape in f2p, but members makes things much quicker, including producing gold. I would say just spend a while simple to use. Once you get to bossing the skills start becoming necessary to use at certain times but before then you just have to use revolution++(click creature, automatically use abilities).

If you want to play RS3 and OSRS you need to! I play both and thoroughly appreciate both in different ways, they both have a fantastic experience to offer in various locations. Simply play with whats most entertaining for you. That's very good to hear! What are a few for? I just found out I could have something known as an"ore box" in RS3. Also, I managed to light logs with no tinderbox, chop wood with no hatchet, fish without a cagemine without a pickaxe!

All of that stuff is going to be on your tool belt - which you will need to update from bronze up to the highest tools and could be viewed from the equipment tab. Runescape from 2010 is similar to oldschool concerning mechanic, combat, skilling shrewd, just older graphics and they publish their own unique content. RS3 combat and interfacr process is far more complicated and I reccomend watching a"getting into RS3" movie, and also videos on actions bars, and interface set ups when you begin using battle. The wiki will be definetly your friend for skills quests etc.
